1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any template from Lumien, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products or services.

2. Products & Licenses

Lumien sells Framer website templates ("Templates") for personal and commercial use. Upon completing a purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template under the following conditions:

• Personal License – Use the Template for a single personal project or website.

• Commercial License – Use the Template for a single client or commercial project.

Unless explicitly stated, all licenses cover one end project per purchase.

3. What You Can Do

With a valid Lumien license, you may:

• Customize and modify the Template to fit your project needs

• Use the Template to build a website for yourself or a client

• Use the final product for commercial purposes

4. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Template files with third parties

• Use a single license for multiple projects or clients

• Present the Template as your own original design for resale

• Upload or share the Template to any marketplace, repository, or file-sharing platform

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license termination without refund.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Template has been delivered or downloaded.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using your purchase, please contact us at support@lumien.studio and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

6. Template Updates

Lumien may release updates to Templates from time to time. Where reasonably possible, existing customers will receive access to updates for Templates they have purchased. We do not guarantee ongoing updates or support for every Template indefinitely.

7. Framer Platform Dependency

Our Templates are built exclusively for use with Framer. Lumien is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Framer B.V. We are not responsible for changes to the Framer platform that may affect Template functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All Templates, design assets, graphics, and content on the Lumien website remain the intellectual property of Lumien Studio. Purchase of a Template grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying design.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Lumien does not guarantee that Templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser, device, or third-party integration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Templates or services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Template in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
